RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase and interest in our products, we are sure you will be more than satisfied with our great products and quality, should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, please inform us and we will gladly exchange your product or refund you. Return policy terms and conditions apply.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original and unused condition, with all original tags and labels in place. Damaged product or opened products will unfortunately not be returned or replaced.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@savitamins.co.za to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

After receiving a RMA number, the customer service department will contact you within 3 days with further instruction to return the product.

 

REFUNDS

After we have received your returned product, the customer services department will inspect the condition of your item and we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) working days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Your product will either be replaced or you will be refunded.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Customer needs valid reason for return
  • Damaged goods or wrong product will be refunded only.
